2) You'll shortly receive an email on how to send us your loved one's cremains. We will ask you to send us a spoonful of ash and to send these tracked or recorded delivery to ensure no damage or loss. 

3) Once we receive them we will let you know and start preserving your loved ones' ashes in the wing mold.

4) We will post your order 2nd Signed to ensure speedy and safe delivery.
